Biography
Laís Olivato is a PhD candidate in Social History at University of Sao Paulo (USP). Her doctoral dissertation examines the history of education and the emergence of the Mutual Teaching in Latin America's 19th century. She earned her BA (2008) and her MA (2012) from USP. In addition to her academic researching, Ms. Olivato has also experience teaching history - high school (Colegio Rio Branco) and university (UFVJM – Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri).
