Agrégée of modern literature, Charlotte Servel is a graduate assistant at the University of Caen Normandy. Her PhD dissertation on Cinema and Literature defended in 2020 is titled Slapstick Cinema, another Origin on Surrealism. The Practices of Surrealists analyzed through the prism of Slapstick Films during the Roaring Twenties. She leads the "Series writing" project for the CNC. She is a member of AFRHC's board of directors. She published several texts most notably in 1895, Demeter, Double Jeu
