Master's degree and doctorate in Social History, University of São Paulo. Adjunct professor of Brazilian History at the Federal University of São Paulo. Professor in the Department of History of the FFLCH at USP. She remains linked to the post-graduation of the Department of History of USP. Research on travel literature, scientific expeditions, cultural and knowledge transfers, relationship between historiography and travel literature, racial discourse, places of memory, immigrant narratives.
