Biography
Lucie Elgoyhen is an alumni of the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Paris and of the IHEAL. She made a research in sociology about Argentinian community theatres, based on a field work realized between 2010 and 2012. Her research was published in 2016 by IHEAL editions. She worked during two years for the French Ministry of Culture and she presently works for the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs in the field of cultural cooperation.
